Home Care Supervisory RN (Registered Nurse) provides primary responsibility for Home Health services provided by the PACE site, including supervision of clinical field staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a valid license in the State of Texas
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a home health care setting.
• At least 2 years supervisory and/or administrative experience in the area of home health care.

Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

Off weekends and holidays.
