Organize & oversee the daily operation of the interior design company and home furnishing retailer. Oversee daily operations of 150 personnel and administrative staff. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures as needed to drive success. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability. Work on financial modelling, company-wide forecasting, and analysis. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors. Direct the coordination across different departments to identify areas needing improvement. Formulate and execute marketing and advertising plans and programs, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of residential, commercial and hospitality interior design services.  Responsible for negotiations to budgeting and purchasing. Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.

Manage all human resource aspects of the business including employee evaluations and, human resource documentation, related legal issues, hiring, termination and new hire training. Constantly plan resource allocation across the firm to ensure that client needs are satisfied, and the workloads of team members are balanced. Oversee marketing efforts to ensure that priorities are in alignment with firm objectives, including public relations/marketing representation, and strategy and programs. Requirements: Master Degree in management, or marketing, business administration, or sales, + 1 year of job experience.
