Senior Savings Operations Specialist

This position is responsible for responding to the more complex inquiries and requests from internal and external customers; performing maintenance with accuracy to reduce risk. This may include but is not limited to Bank Control rate changes, hold processing, Debtor in Possession, Tax Withholding, Statements, Tax Forms and Regulations, utilizing knowledge, skills and experience to provide guidance to peers inside/outside of the Operations area. If you are a detail oriented person with interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, mathematical proficiency and effective oral and written communication skills, then we'd like to hear from you. This position is responsible for responding to the more complex inquiries and requests from internal and external customers and resolving problems involving retirement accounts, including contributions, distributions, statements, knowledge of tax forms and regulations and utilizing knowledge, skills and experience to provide guidance and advice to IRA-HSA Operations Reps. If you have the ability to handle complex situations using effective problem written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and math solving skills, then we'd like to hear from you.
