PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR We are a general contractor looking for someone that is detail oriented, organize, and willing to work.
Some duties are: - Act as liaison between Owners, Subcontractors, Project Managers, home office management, finance and other departments. - Coordinate and administer daily project and office operations and provide leadership throughout the organization office and field operations. - Maintain Change Orders within construction accounting and project management software. Review and monitor compliance by subcontractors with established company procedures, reporting regularly to Project Manager and Finance. - Maintain and control Contract execution process - Maintain organization of office operations and procedures - Provide assistance in creating and maintaining social media outlets, maintaining websites, preparation of marketing proposals and corporate marketing materials.
