Professional Handyman & Maintenance

Part and/or full time Carpenter wanted for a local construction company. Work is divided between commercial and residential properties in the Richmond Metro area. Our home office is located in Mechanicsville. We also offer flexible hours.

Part Time College Students Welcome!

Must have:
- reliable transportation,
- basic hand and power tools,
- experience in one or multiple fields (carpentry, finishing, plumbing, or electric, other specialties may count),
- self-motivated as many jobs will be on their own,
- basic ability to operate phone/tablet, apps and camera,
- report daily on job progress as well as email hours, pics, sign offs, and
- basic communication skills as they will be interacting with customers and/or store managers.

Occasional drywall and painting
Tile repair
