Practices pharmaceutical care in an integrated health care delivery system. Maintains professional competence in pharmacy. Actively participates in and supports the departments quality improvement and customer service programs.
Job Requirements: A current New York State Pharmacy License. Written and oral communication skill and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with other health care professionals and hospital employees. Available for rotating shifts (first, second, third), weekends and holidays.
