Maintenance Technician

Full-time maintenance position available at the Shadow Ridge Hotel. Must have all-a-round skills needed to maintain condo environment hotel rooms, vacation homes, and common areas. Skills needed include experience with painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical repairs and a working knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC and appliance issues. Pool and hot tub experience a plus. Candidates must be able to climb ladders/stairs and be able to do snow removal. Good verbal and written communication in English is needed. Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable on our insurance policy.
