Lab Technician - 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11pm

The ND Mill is seeking a lab technician to provide support and quality assurance in all areas of the lab.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Grain grading
* Microbiology techniques
* Preparation of media samples & Solutions
* Physical testing of protein, moisture, and ash
* Data entry on computer
* Operate NIR lab equipment
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* Understanding of Basic Math, Chemistry, and Biology
* Computer Skills (Windows)
* Following lab procedures, managing time and lab tests.
* An understanding of Lab and Plant Safety

Education and/or training:
* An associate degree in technical field, and at least one year experience in laboratory work preferred.
