Qualified professional with three to five years of clinical/technical training and experience preferred.  Experience in healthcare or related field desired.  License, registration, certification, and other credentials are required, if applicable.  Must maintain current BLS.  Responsible for skill specific tasks as assigned by department management.

Functions as a leader by assuming responsibility for functional activities in his/her designated areas.  Assumes accountability for supervision and operational direction of his/her areas as delegated.  Facilitates development of departmental goals and objectives that are in support of departmental/institutional philosophy and mission.  Demonstrates competence and knowledge in the assessment, treatment and care from the newborn to the geriatric patient, as applicable.
