We've been a leading provider for the past 20 years in assisting and helping people avoid crisis and get connected to appropriate mental health services has the following positions open:
Be a part of a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Team (ACT) that provides direct integrated chemical and mental health services for adult consumers who have SMPI and reside in Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens and Traverse Counties. Strong clinical skills, flexibility and communication skills are desired. All applicants must meet Adult Mental Health Practitioner (M.S. 245.462, Sub 17 21), preference will be given to those with a LADC. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, and have experience in working with mental health/substance abuse consumers. Knowledge about harm reduction, motivational interviewing treatment modalities and substance abuse required. Salary range of $21.97 to $29.66. Open until filled.

Our Adult Mental Health Consortium represents five counties in west central Minnesota: Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens, and Traverse. Legislated stakeholders from each county meet on a monthly basis in a process appropriately named CONVERSATIONS. This group is composed of consumers, family members, county staff, vendors, and State Operated Services. Region 4 South assists and helps people avoid crisis and find appropriate services in conjunction with our goals and objectives.
