Mechanic/Technician

Searching for the perfect fit for our rapidly expanding shop! Diamond R Equipment in Freeburg, MO is looking for a reliable, well-rounded individual with good mechanic skills. Some skills that are a must include problem solving, good follow through with attention to detail, project management ability, time management, ability to communicate with coworkers and customers, always ensure quality work. The ideal candidate needs to have a working knowledge of engines, clutches, transmissions, and other farming equipment. Organization and being reliable are also very important for this job. Additionally, beings most of our diagnostic tools are computer based and our work orders are computer generated, we use handheld tablets in our shop, computer skills are a plus. On-the-job company training provided. Salary is based on experience Overtime after 40 hours Our shops are climate controlled: Heat and A/C Comes with Uniforms, Company paid training, a Benefits Package that includes Insurance, holidays, vacations and so on.
