We are seeking to hire a part-time IT Operations Assistant who will support the IT Director in a 45 plus person architecture and interior design firm located in downtown Syracuse.

This position will be involved in all layers of technology that are found in a medium sized business including: network, internet connection, Windows & VMWare servers, Windows & MacOS desktops, local applications & cloud services/applications, and cloud-base telephony & laptops/tablets/cell phones.

Knowledge of PC builds, software installations, Windows 10 and Windows Server, and A/V experience is a plus. Advance skills in networking, VMWare and Dell server technology are desired, but not a requirement. The candidate must have a true desire and passion to work with IT. 

Must be able to work on-site, mostly between 8AM and 5PM, up to 20 hours per week.  Interested candidates should send a pdf of their resume to the posted email address.
