HVAC/Maintenance Technician 

Carrow Real Estate Services is seeking an individual to perform general maintenance repairs, with an emphasis on HVAC equipment. Must be familiar with heating and cooling principals, refrigerant based equipment, chillers, boilers and cooling towers. Must be knowledgeable in building automation systems. Preventative maintenance tasks to include changing filters, belts, checking actuating valves, electrical components, adjusting air volume dampers, and other such tasks as necessary. Knowledge of general maintenance safety procedures.  On-call emergency duty when assigned. Must have valid driver’s license and transportation.
