(preferably with printing knowledge). The CSR will serve as a contact for clients, sales reps and production personnel. The duties include initiating job tickets, confirming materials are available, and tracking the jobs through the production process. The CSR will inspect proofs and be required to keep accurate records, pull and file job tickets, as well as answer phones and help with customer walk-ins. The qualified candidate must be detail oriented and organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize job functions.
