Job Summary | Oversees comprehensive planning, management, and coordination of institutional and external scholarships, including waivers and other gift aid/benefits. Manages the awarding of university merit and need-based scholarships. Serves as primary liaison to Advancement/Development on administration of donor agreements and coordination of expenditures and awarding; also serves as primary liaison to campus and community partners for scholarships. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulatory and policy guidelines. Collaboratively leads scholarship programming events and communications. Serves key role in the university’s effort to attract and maintain a qualified and diverse student body. |

Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); eight years of progressively more responsible management experience; and demonstrated leadership, human relations and effective communications skills required. Master’s degree in Business Administration or related area preferred. Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description. |
