Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support Outpatient Services with the following:

Team Leaders are independently licensed mental health professionals and experienced clinical supervisors. They are an important part of our clinics’ leadership teams, providing responsive, staff-centered support and guidance. This includes professional goal setting and progress, high quality clinical service delivery, and compliance with all performance expectations. Team Leaders participate in and/or lead clinical team meetings and supervision sessions, and also provide clinic operational support and/or contract management.

Team Leaders also actively provide direct services to BHN clients across the lifespan via outcome-driven, evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training and support. Services are delivered in a variety of settings and modalities, including clinics, homes, schools, outreach community locations, or via telehealth platforms. Clinical services include comprehensive assessments, individual, couple, family, and group therapy, and coordination with other service providers as indicated. Team Leaders formulate collaborative treatment plans, measure progress toward set outcomes, and coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.

Fostering your growth through regular clinical supervision and mentorship is one of the best parts of working in the Outpatient Department at BHN. License-eligible clinicians have twice-weekly individual and group supervision with a supervisor with the right credentials for you to get your license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, and even Psychologists.) Independently-licensed clinicians continue to receive regular supervision for consultation, professional growth, and administrative support

We offer a generous New-Hire Bonus for Licensed Eligible and Bilingual staff, along with a newly higher salary structure and the potential for earned productivity bonuses.
