BOARD MEMBER The Representative Policy Board of the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority is seeking to fill an opening on the five-member governing board of the Authority. This position requires approximately 200 or more hours per year, including during business hours and receives a stipend for service. Candidates must reside within the Regional Water Authority District. The duties of the Five-Member Authority are similar to those of a Board of Directors. The ideal candidate must have a degree from a four-year college or university. Demonstrated accomplishment and experience with finance, human resources, conservation, environmental land use, legislative or regulatory agency issues, business, law, local or state government, service on a Board of Directors in the public or private sector would be desirable.
