President/Chief Operating Officer sought by FocusVision Worldwide, Inc. in Stamford, CT 40 hours per week. 

Duties: Leverages knowledge of product lines to create strategies focusing on solving customer pain points & creating value. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, intro of new programs/ strategies. Establish credibility with clients, customers, & Board as an effective dvlper of solutions to bus challenges. Maintains awareness of external & internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments & standards. Recommends sales strategies based on market research & competitor analysis. Develops & leads the execution of trade initiatives with the sales team to accelerate bus performance profitably. Establishes goals for customer growth. 

Requires: Master’s Degree in Marketing, International Marketing, or Bus Management, or foreign equivalent 10 years of experience in a proven leadership role with multisite &/or global management to include 7 years of experience with leading change & results oriented; 7 years experience in developing strategic business plans; 3 years market research experience, knowledge of market changes & forces that influence the market, & knowledge of corporate law and management best practices.
