Under the direction of the Mgr of Sales & Sales Support, conduct sales engineering duties in the Latin America Supp Ctr focusing on network engineering. Prep & conduct sales presentations & technical & sales training seminars for associates & customers. Provide configs, pricing, & info relating to NEC PBX/Switches & all associated equip for various vertical apps as requested. Complete technical section of RFPs/RFQs in English & Spanish. Respond to associate inquiries re existing & new product features, specs, & configs. Develop & prepare audio & visual sales materials in English & Spanish. Conduct technical analysis of competitive products. Min. req. incl: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or Math plus 2 yrs rel exp incl 2 yrs exp w/ Telephony or data network engineering & International Business exp supp & conducting business in Latin America. 1 yr exp w/ Unified Enterprise Communication Technology – IP/Software defined PBX.
