Assistant District Manager

The Coeur d'Alene Press has an immediate opening for an Assistant District Manager in Circulation. This position assists in managing independent contractors to ensure the Press is delivered to subscribers' satisfaction each day. The candidate for this position should have good customer service/communication skills. A working knowledge of windows, excel, and word is also desired. Earn up to $29,000 plus mileage reimbursement. Key tasks include, but are not limited to: Assisting carriers in learning routes Ensuring customer service issues are resolved Assuring all deliveries meet subscribers satisfaction Distribution of newspapers to carrier drops Delivering newspapers to subscribers when necessary We are looking for individuals with high energy, superior work ethic, strong people skills, a commitment to teamwork and a strong desire to succeed. This is a full time position that includes Sundays and Wednesdays and three other weekdays.
