Bethany Village in Lindsborg, KS, is seeking applications for an Assisted Living Operator at Sunflower Terrace. We prefer the person to be an R.N in the state of Kansas Current Kansas Assisted Living Operator’s License is also preferred. If the candidate does not have this license, they must be willing to attain the license soon after hire. 

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with people of differing backgrounds and ages. They should be outgoing, and able to market Sunflower Terrace. The successful candidate will be able to understand the budget and communicate regularly with the C.F.O. and C.E.O. They must also be available to the Board of Directors and report at monthly Board meetings.
