Minn-Dak Growers, Ltd. seeks Cereal Scientist - Quality Control in Grand Forks, ND, to maintain the established food safety program and lab operations for cereal milling products. The position requires a Master's in Cereal Sci, Food Sci, Microbiology, Chem, or a related sci field of and 1-year exp in food safety & quality control. Must have 1 year of exp w/lab test QA of food and/or cereal products; lab equip maint & calibration; implement the cGMPs, SQF, and HACCP. Must have certification in FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food.
