RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Operations in Texas organization is seeking an experienced leader with an operational background and excellent organizational, leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to serve as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for NSAT DO. The COO is responsible for daily knowledge and 30/60/90 forecasting of operational events with NSAT DO missions. The COO leads efforts to advance NSAT DO Texas overall operational posture through implementation of best practices and continual improvement in quality and timeliness of issue resolution. The NSAT Director of Operations (DO) Chief Operations Officer (COO) plays a critical role in leading the Texas Operations team. The COO will lead the day-to-day NSAT DO operational updates and manage the 24/7 TSOC watch operations. The COO will also serve as a bridge between organizational leaders across NSAT and DO operational requirements to ensure that delivered solutions meet mission needs. As such, the selectee must have the demonstrated ability to build and foster enterprise partnerships with internal NSA organizations, military services, external DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies. Finally the COO is a core member of the NSAT DO Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and is routinely and intimately involved in technical, strategic, governance, and leadership discussions and decision making with the other members of the DO Texas SLT. The selectee must be comfortable working with and briefing senior USG leaders, flag/general officers, distinguished visitors, and members of Congress and their staffs.

PAY BENEFITS & WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. This position is hiring for Texas. Salary Range: $132,522 - $172,278.
