Customer Response Specialist

Part time or possibly full time position to support the sales team. An ideal candidate will be well spoken, charismatic and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone. The CRS will cultivate and qualify leads and then distribute them to the sales team.

Group Coordinator

Full time Group Coordinator to join the Glenwood team to support our group sales agents. The ideal candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service, and speak/write professionally. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be detail oriented.
