Chief Financial Officer - Yakima Neighborhood Health Services

Full time Chief Financial Officer to oversee accounting, revenue cycle, and billing operations of mission-oriented Community Health Center. Chief Financial Officer is a member of a strong interdisciplinary management team charged with carrying out program and fiscal strategies designed to best serve Yakima County. Chief Financial Officer responsibilities include budget development and oversight, revenue cycle management, supervision of accounting and billing staff, management of federal, state, and local contracts, preparation and presentation of financial statements with multiple cost centers, lead role in preparation for annual audits. The Chief Financial Officer should have a strong knowledge of non-profit accounting, health care finance, and managed care capitation. Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center a plus; CPA certification a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting required, with minimum five years' experience.
