Senior Vice President of 360 Property Management ): The SVP of 360 Management Group, Co. will oversee all operational and administrative functions for 360 Management Group including leasing activities, finance, compliance and maintenance. The SVP of Property Management will be responsible for building and managing a team of property management, compliance and maintenance professionals committed to achieving and maintaining high standards for the development that they will be managing and the residents that will be served. The SVP of 360 Management must have strong leadership stills and ability manage and resolve all site, staff and resident related issues. The SVP of Development should be familiar with housing management, budgeting, housing agency regulations, specifically Low Income Housing Tax Credit, RAD and HUD related program requirements. Further, this individual must have the demonstrated capacity to work as an active member of a team comprised of on-site and off-site human service providers as well as an active resident community, to participate in joint decision-making processes and to balance competing objectives. Position will report to the President of 360 Management Group. Position will interface with owners and investors and should be responsive to the unique needs of various parties.
