Tax Collector Part Time Montague Township (SUSSEX COUNTY)

Montague Township is seeking a part time Tax Collector with experience in all aspects of the Tax Collection function such as billing, collections, liens and redemptions, reconciling cash receipts, bank reconciliations, refunding overpayments, tax court judgements and all other related duties. Position requires knowledge of MSI Software as well as familiarity with the In Rem tax foreclosure process. Knowledge of New Jersey Tax Collection laws. Must be a NJ resident and hold a NJ Tax Collector License. The Township reserves the right to begin interviews before the ad closes and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
