Residential Property Maintenance

JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Property Supervisor and or Manager. In order to obtain this position, you must have basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repairs. This position is full time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of experience as a Maintenance in a residential or similar industry.
Ability to understand basic instructions verbally or in written form.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Ability to frequently climb, kneel, stoop, crouch and/or crawl.
Ability to work around chemical cleaning solutions.
