The MRI Patient Representative will be responsible for ensuring all patients and visitors who check-in for MRI appointments are given world class customer service by: greeting patients with kindness, accurately processing all forms and safety questionnaires, collecting payment and waivers from patients. 

Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients Verify safety questionnaires with patients to ensure the safety of patients before entering MRI Explain dress and jewelry requirements prior to appointment Work with insurance department to identify waivers for patients and collection of payments Responsible for MRI daily logs and monthly spreadsheets Communicate with physician staff in order to obtain MRI prescriptions.

Attributes and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years experience in customer service required Personal characteristics which include flexibility, enthusiasm, effective interpersonal and communication skills.
