Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Program Assistant in the Quality department at Behavioral Health Network! 

**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Quality department with the following:

  • Support licensing visits including documentation and other records, online licensing applications, and preparing materials and binders.
  • Assist in administrative credentialing packet reviews.
  • Update and maintain the Master Program Listing.
  • Complete annual data entry for the National Substance Use and Mental Health Services Survey (N-SUMHSS).
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of departmental meetings and resources.
  • Assist in program management with special projects as needed.
  • Assist in Policy and Procedure management.
  • Assist in Staff and Consumer survey data entry and data collection.
  • Assist in CARF accreditation documentation updates and support for on-going management of the accreditation process.

Job Requirements:

What are we looking for in a Program Assistant?

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months working in an administrative office setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Proficient use of the Internet for job related research.
  • Able to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple agendas at one time.
  • Temperament is conducive to working in high demand and/or stressful environments.
  • Demonstrates competency in the utilization of the agency’s technological systems.
  • Demonstrates ability to interface effectively with clients, staff, and professional colleagues.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of all office procedures
