Starting January 4, 2021 – As per UBCTS PSEA contract. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Culinary Arts industry, quantity food production, and management service, PDE (Career and Technical Level I) Instructional Certification (Culinary Arts) CIP 12.0508 or American Culinary Federation credentials preferred.
