Montcalm Community College Seeks a Industrial Technology Faculty Full-Time This full-time faculty position facilitates learning by teaching courses in an Advanced Manufacturing Technology discipline, e.g., manufacturing, electronics, design, robotics; providing curriculum development leadership expertise; working with local business and industry representatives in assessing and developing appropriate education and training programs and services; and ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance of advanced manufacturing technology based curriculum, programs, and services. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications include a master’s degree in appropriate industrial/manufacturing technology engineering discipline with specific preparation in some combination of the following areas: material science, product design, computer aided design, machining, quality control, robotics, or international standards. Applicants with an earned bachelor’s degree who are working on a graduate degree may be considered. Must have a minimum of two years recent non-teaching industrial work experience in design or manufacturing. Must have demonstrated ability to work positively and productively with students, college staff, business and industry personnel, and the general public.
