Position Overview:

Our Spa Concierge is the initial and complete source of information regarding all available spa treatments and retail goods. This position is responsible for maintaining a sense of order and efficiencies for spa operations via proper scheduling and communication of guest and staff appointments and packages. Duties include, but are not limited to checking in/out guests, guest service, cleaning common areas and assisting with retail inventory. Variable schedule. Opportunities starting Monday, June 14 for the summer season. Opportunities also available for the 2021-2022 winter season.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ yrs experience in related field (spa, hospitality, salon, retail).
• Proficiency with basic computer navigation and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• English - spoken and written proficiency required.
