Production Assembler - First/Second Shifts

Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking Production Assemblers for full-time positions. There are openings on both first and second shifts with overtime available.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all assembly and production tasks
- Operate all assembly, calibration, and test equipment
- Meet or exceed all established engineering time standards
- Make all final quality control inspections and certify products are read to ship
- Maintain an orderly and safe working environment
- Interact successfully with all department personnel
- Actively participate in efforts to establish and maintain an on-going efficient, professional, and pleasant working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years assembly experience is desired
- Must have knowledge of UCI Manufacturing and production processes
- Must be able to interpret Engineering and QA Documents
- Must have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able and willing to switch work assignments as needed
- Must have the ability to maintain a high productivity and problem solving thought process
- Must be able to properly train new employees
- Must have the ability to maintain required level of productivity and accuracy
- Must have a solid work history
