Required Credentials, License and/or Certifications: Preferred LPC, or LSW

Experience & Knowledge: Customer Service Experience, Knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of Soarian or other billing systems a plus

Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge: Possess analytical and problem solving skills Type 55 wpm Microsoft Word and Excel Background |
