POSITION TITLE: Senior Healthcare Analytics Data Integration Developer (Memorial Health Services, 17360 Brookhurst Street, Fountain Valley, CA 92708) POSITION DUTIES: Develop data integration solutions to end user and application specifications independently and in collaboration with management and team members, as well as other members of the organization, such as Performance Improvement and Decision Support; conduct data sourcing, data profiling, curation, management and preparation using SQL against diverse data sources; create new data structures using data modeling software and design principles to support more robust analysis capabilities; share in team on-call support rotation; contribute to the development of Cost/Benefit and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses for proposed projects to aid management in making implementation decisions; collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions that meet end-user requirements as well as further the broader mission of the organization where these are overlapping but beyond initial user-defined scope; other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics or a related field; five (5) years of related work experience using an enterprise integration management software solution; five (5) years of experience using relational database technology, including writing, debugging and performance tuning SQL queries; strong oral and written communication skills and able to work with Data Architect, customers as well as infrastructure support teams; five (5) years of experience with Enterprise Data Integration tools.
