The role

We’re looking for an organized, self-motivated, and passionate Marketing Coordinator with a “can do” attitude who will assist with omni-platform marketing efforts. This is a full-time, in office position that will report to the Marketing Assistant.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage internal company platforms, sales content, and newsletter
• Branding updates – internal documents, directories, vendor websites
• Manage tradeshow assets, print materials, posters & swag
• Website updates
• Social Media engagement & scheduling
• Monthly email campaign content implementation
• Manage case study requests & testimonial follow up
• Copy writing for advertising, literature, social content, and web SEO
• Day-to-day tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, website, and creative asset management
• Demonstrated experience creating highly engaging social media content in a branded voice
• Minimum 1 year experience with Adobe products and graphic design (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Minimum 1 year experience with Shopify and basic web design
• HTML or CSS experience a plus
• Minimum 1 year experience with Google Analytics and Search Console
• Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate with internal team and customers in a confident and professional manner
• Experience implementing engaging and creative email and newsletter content
• Excellent writing and communication skills especially copywriting for a B2B market
• Strong analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
