We are looking for individuals to maintain the buildings and grounds of a 144 acre property.  There are openings on first and second shifts; however, you need to be available for weekend or evening events.

Duties:

• Maintain electrical and mechanical areas of facilities
• Operate vehicles and maintenance equipment in a safe manner
• Promote constructive public relations through positive interactions with staff, students, parents, and the public
• Must be responsible with a professional attitude and behavior
• Read diagrams or interpret complex manuals
• Follow state and local building regulations and OSHA safety standards
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in both electrical and mechanical areas of facilities management
• Must possess the vocational training in electrical/mechanical technology
• Must have a minimum 4 years practical experience demonstrating technical skills necessary to provide a superior level of service in the delivery of general labor, grounds care, event set-ups and general property upkeep
• Must have active listening and effective problem-solving skills with the ability to ensure service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to follow all state, building, and OSHA safety rules and regulations
