IT Support Specialist
Responsible for providing the first point of contact for staff with all technology-related requests including, but not limited to; PC, printer copiers faxes, telephone, wireless and audiovisual equipment. Provide support for standard and custom software applications. This position will troubleshoot, record and route incidents in a professional and timely manner; also, install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop PCs, laptops, smartphones, and other hardware equipment.
