IT Support Specialist

Responsible for providing the first point of contact for staff with all technology-related requests including, but not limited to; PC, printer copiers faxes, telephone, wireless and audiovisual equipment. Provide support for standard and custom software applications. This position will troubleshoot, record and route incidents in a professional and timely manner; also, install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop PCs, laptops, smartphones, and other hardware equipment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Experience with client-server applications, databases, Windows networking, HTML, and remote support.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, a personal vehicle for on-the-job transportation.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access.
  • Ability to handle transfer up to 50 lbs.
