Maintenance Assistant (Branford) Upscale condominium complex is seeking a self-sufficient & dependable individual. Experienced in building, landscaping, power washing and pool maintenance tasks. Trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing and masonry a plus. Snow removal and ladder work. Applicant must have own transportation, clean driving record & past job references. Candidate must pass a full background check. 40 hours per week.
