Landscape Laborer 10 temporary, full time position October 1- December 1, 2018. 

Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment Tasks may include: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortar less segmental concrete masonry wall units.  Employer will provide transportation from place of business to/from worksites in Washington, Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, and Westmoreland counties.

40 hours per week 8 am-6 pm, Mondays-Sundays, Overtime needed. 

No minimum education required, 3 mons experience required. Post-employment drug testing may occur based upon the employer’s reasonable suspicion of an employee’s drug use. 

Wage: $13.59 per hour, Overtime available at $20.39 per hour.

Optional housing available at a rate of $250 per month, to be deducted from pay.  On the job training provided. Transportation (include meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to place of employments will be provide, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if worker completes half the employment period.

Return transportation will be provided if worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by employer. Employer will provided without charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job & guarantees to offer work hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12 week period of total employment period.
