Clinical Pharmacist
A Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required. Must possess a license to practice as a pharmacist in the state of South Carolina. Two years of pharmacy experience is preferred. This position requires coordination with physicians, diabetes educators, other health professionals and patients to ensure that the medications prescribed optimizes the best possible health outcome. $25,000 Sign on Bonus.
