JOB SUMMARY
- Maintenance and repair of pumps, chillers, cooling towers, electric motors, air
  compressors, boilers/steam systems, electric generators, med gas systems, and all plumbing, valves,
  and controls associated with the operation of this equipment.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Education and/or experience: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Vocational or
  technical training in electrical, plumbing or general maintenance repair and service preferred.
  One year experience working in a plant/industrial operating environment or equivalent
  mechanical or electrical experience.
  
  Knowledge: Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical controls, boilers, chillers,
  cooling towers, pumps, steam systems, generators, heating systems and medical gas
  systems.
  
  Skills: Mechanically inclined, ability to troubleshoot equipment, assess needs of equipment,
  and repair equipment and perform Preventive Maintenance on equipment.
  
  Abilities: Be able to follow duties as assigned by Lead Tech. Work will mainly be one person,
  must be self motivated.
