Documentation Specialist

Allied Blending LP is currently looking for an experienced, personable individual to serve as a Documentation Specialist.

The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring compliance in quality documentation and labeling materials, manage vendor documentation program, research regulatory requirements, and provide project management and technical support to internal customers.

• Qualified applicants must have excellent communication skills, extensive computer knowledge with Microsoft products as well as SharePoint or other project management software (Kissflow, Qualtrax) and excellent time management skills.
• Applicants should have basic knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures and programs in an industrial environment including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practice, Safe Quality Food or Global Food Safety Initiative Program.
• Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology or Regulatory/Law.
• Master's Degree is a plus.
• Experience with United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Drug Administration and Genesis Nutrition software a plus.
