Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinician in the PACT (Program for Assertive Community Treatment) program at Behavioral Health Network! Full time and part time opportunities are available.

**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the PACT program with the following:

  • Providing high quality community-based care, encouraging the independence, competency, decision-making, and empowerment of individuals.
  • Ensuring quality of life through empowerment, safety awareness and respect and dignity.
  • Monitoring their overall health and well-being in their daily living activities.
  • Providing comprehensive intake evaluations, care coordination, assistance with ADLs, and individual, family, couples, and/or group treatment.
  • Providing individuals and their families with clinical support regarding behavioral health and substance use issues to implement treatment plan goals.
  • Assisting with all aspects of medication treatment and administration.
  • Helping individuals and their families maintain and enhance their social support network with family through outreach in client homes, hospital, and other community settings.
  • Providing crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
  • Providing ongoing information and documentation using progress notes, crisis and risk plans, assessments, and other program-specific forms to support treatment plan goals and objectives.
  • Keeping updated credentials by attending in-services, meetings and trainings, and obtaining and maintaining MAP certification within the introductory period of employment.
  • Maintaining direct service productivity as established by the program.

The Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) program is a highly integrated outreach and 24/7 residential program that helps five individuals meet their goals and reduce hospitalizations. PACT provides clinical wraparound support in the community and in our group residential program to perpetuate recovery and wellness for the individuals served. The PACT team is forensic-focused and designed to reduce arrests and incarcerations.

What are we looking for in a PACT Clinician?

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling (required).
  • Six months of experience in human services (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car available for working hours (required).
  • Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration of individuals served (required).
  • Ability to treat challenging and diverse client populations, including a forensic population.
  • Cultural competence in supporting clients with various cultural backgrounds.
  • Working knowledge of community resources and how to help clients access them.
  • Maintains professional licensure and completes the required amount of clinical education hours.
