Job Summary: The Psychologist will provide individual and group therapy to adult patients in the Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic.  Patients are diverse and often a high risk out-patient population.  Part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, clinical social workers, nurse practitioners, psychologists and trainees. This position will be part of the dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) team conducting patient groups.   Minimum Qualifications:

Ph.D. or Psy.D. and NYS license (or eligible) Psychologist required but must receive license within 1 year of employment. Excellent clinical, consultative and written/oral communication skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Dialectical Behavior Therapy trained clinician preferred but will train at the organization's expense. Mental health experience working with Adult patients strongly preferred. Experience working in Ambulatory setting preferred.        

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, Day hours
