Director of Security and Asset Protection

Trenton Housing Authority (THA) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Public Safety professional to serve as Director of Security and Asset Protection. The successful candidate will be the leader of THA's Security and Asset Protection division and will be responsible for developing and implementing THA's Protective Services Program. The Director performs administrative and supervisory work required to ensure the safety and security of housing developments and offices owned and/or managed by THA. This person also acts as the primary liaison between THA and Public Safety Officials.

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in criminal justice or a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, or the military. Permit to carry a firearm in New Jersey preferred; candidate must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license and be insurable under the THAs plan.
