Job Description

• Maintains accountability for completing support tasks as directed.
• Maintains clear and appropriate documentation of actions taken.
• Analyzes department processes and other Spectrum Health systems encountered and makes recommendations improvements, as appropriate. Participates in quality monitoring activities/process improvement activities.
• Communicates, collaborates, and acts as a team player with others in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services.

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent or GED
