Job Summary
Coordinate institutional response to COVID-19, including crafting operational policies, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with various campus stakeholders and problem-solving time-sensitive and critical issues to ensure effective and efficient execution. In this role you will serve as a key liaison and collaborator to the various offices charged with aspects of COVID Response.
Take appropriate actions to support a diverse workforce and participate in the College's efforts to create a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.
Essential Functions
Project Manager for CIRT (COVID-19 Incident Response Team) (50%)
Develop plans; manage assignment of tasks, accountable parties, due dates and task accountabilities.
Support policy development, writing policy documents and ensuring the policies are up to date and clearly written and communicated in clear and clean language.
Provide ongoing monitoring and updating on work of peer institutions protocols for benchmarking in this area.
Maintain the internal data dashboard.
Monitor local, state and federal data and policy changes, provides updates to dashboard, CIRT, CG as needed.
Continuously check on and improve processes, implementing best practices for streamlining the work.
Coordinate CIRT Stakeholders Meetings (20%)
Develop agendas for key meetings, covering operational topics, information sharing across departments, sharing progress on initiatives.
Organize meetings and materials.
Communication Management (20%)
Develop agendas for key meetings, covering operational topics, information sharing across departments, sharing progress on initiatives.
Organize meetings and materials
Other (10%)
Constant monitoring of CDC and Department of Health guidelines and briefings. Translate these learnings into the college’s compliance and procedures.
Diligently remain abreast of developments related to COVID and higher education.
Collaborate across campus with other stakeholders such as Campus Life, HR, ITS, Health Services, Campus Safety, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, plus three to five years’ experience in project management within an academic environment.
Experience providing support for campus COVID-19 operational planning.
Proven strong communication skills.
Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in interpreting concepts and clearly presenting back in PowerPoint or report format
Knowledgeable in relevant office software.
Data savvy and able to analyze, interpret and report back key themes and make recommendations.
Ready and able to take the initiative, originate action and be responsible for the consequences of the decisions made.
Communicates challenges and influences a variety of stakeholders effectively.
Adapts and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
Able to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts, explore and evaluate them systematically.
Additional Information
