Incumbents in this position must exhibit competency in working with patients of various age groups to promote and facilitate guest relations through interactions with patients, visitors, physicians and employees, which demonstrates Mission, Vision and Values. Answer telephone, screen and direct/relay calls. Provide organizational information to callers as needed. Greet persons entering organization in a friendly and helpful manner. Provide assistance and direction to patients, customers, vendors and employees at main entrances. Provide (walking) escort assistance to persons as needed. Handle queries from the public and customers. Perform general administrative and clerical support duties as needed. Receive and sort deliveries as needed. Provides age specific assistance/services to patients and families of toddlers through geriatrics as needed.
